Lee Jun Ki’s new role in the ancient drama Iljimae

According to the lobby information, Lee Jun Ki will have a lots of action scenes, and in order to complete these scenes, Lee Jun Ki has been trying his best to practice kungfu, especially some “double-kicking” moves. Besides, Lee Jun Ki will not have many co-actors in those fighting scenes. He has to finish them by his own, and they will be edited by computer softwares. In addition, Lee Jun Ki is still trying to lose more weight. He said “Having on diet is much harder than doing kungfu practiced.” In his first ancient movie “The King and the Clown”, his role was a “feminine man”.

In contrast, Jun Ki will play the character Iljimae who is considered as a spider man of Korean version. Iljimae not only has highly skilled at material art but also is a righteous, courageous, and a true hero. Lee Jun Ki’ s managing company also reports that this drama is scheduled to be aired on this April. Lee Jun Ki will show a completely different character to the audiences.
